Products don't work and are expensive. I ordered one product and then was charged for a different product the next month. There is no invoice included with the product, no address, no phone number etc. This company needs to be shut down. There are other complaints out there as well. I ordered Skincell to remove a mole and it's complete garbage and cost $129. Putting fresh garlic on her mole burned off more of it than this expensive product. This did absolutely nothing. Plus they continue to charge your credit card and send you other products that are complete shams as well. The only way to stop them is to cancel your credit card which is a huge pain as well.

On December 2, 2019, I came across an online advertising for focus, memory, and energy dietary supplement GENBRAIN, Advanced Brain Formula, buy 2 get 1 free deal for $33.33 each bottle with 60 capsules. I ordered them from “thegen-brains.net”, but received an email confirmation from “[email protected]” stating that the charges on my credit card statement will appear as “Online Nutri Store 1-888-220-6604”. On December 6, 2019, I received a package from EQUINOX, Sean Pratt, PO Box 1079, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 with five bottles instead of three. The product label design was different from what I saw online, no GENBRAIN logo either. I checked my bank account and noticed that I was charged $198.00 by “Online Nutri Store 1-888-220-6604”. The product label has an address for “Platinum Herbal Wellness LLC” with the phone number and their website www.Platinum-Support.com. I contacted the customer service online via live chat, twice. I am willing to return the product for a full refund. They keep telling me they will send me instructions on how to return it, but nothing happens. They also said that their records indicate that my account was refunded for $50 and then for $74. It was not. It is a total scam.

I received a link to this company using a friends email account. They were offering a free trial. After filling out the form (including my credit card) I decided to cancel the transaction. I did not click a final "process" button, and I left the site. I got a call from my banks fraud dept. saying they did not let a transaction go through, the company did attempt to charge my credit card. The company tried again through another address and this time my bank let it go through.

The first time they tried through a company in the UK and when that didn't work they tried again through a company in AZ. My bank accepted the charge the second time.

I will attempt to get a full refund.
