So about 3 months ago I went for help. This company was going to help me find a rental. It never happened!!! I payed “Maria” $200. She told me that if at any moment I wanted a refund I was able to request it but will only be receiving $150 because the other $50 weren’t refundable because of the paperwork and etc. I requested my refund on 03/30/2021. It’s April 29 2021 and yet I haven’t received anything.

My sister called a number on the classified ads. A lady by name Patricia answered and advised her to come down and fill out paperwork to start the process of the application.

Upon arrival paperwork was signed and it was promised by contract that apartments were to be found depending on location, income etc. After a week no appointments were set, nothing was being processed. I spoke to the manager, Natalie Rodriguez and asked her why she was taking advantage of people and she threatened to call the cops on me. The lady in the back was not wearing a mask and came towards me also threatening to call the cops.

It unfortunate that this so called business is still running.
