They contacted and interviewed me online for a work at home position. We only interacted over the troop messenger app, they gave me an offer letter and contract and had me fill out my information in an I-9 form like a real job. If you call the number on their website no one will pick up and the addresses on their website go to a random office building in Texas and another one is a random house in Massachusetts. They asked me to open a coinbase account and tried to buy bitcoin with my bank information but failed, they asked me to get prepaid debit cards to send money with goBank. They gave me tasks to do during the day to seem like a real job, creating invoices from spreadsheets and other things. When it was time to get pain they emailed a picture of a personal check from a bank in Florida, probably another scam victim, and asked me to mobile deposit it. When I questioned this and asked for direct deposit they never contacted me again. NEVER DEPOSITE A PICTURE OF A CHECK, the funds will hit your bank account until the bank reviews it a couple of weeks later and takes the money back.
