Rare plants were purchased from Plants Without Borders in March/May 2022. A membership to the company was also purchased with biweekly price evaluations for our zip code promised. Plants were supposed to ship the following week but never did. Kept getting the run around. Was told they'd ship the following Monday, then Friday, in a week, etc. Finally demanded a refund for the plants and a refund for the membership as no evaluation ever happened, Plants Without Borders agreed to refund the entire amount. I now get the run around for the return of the funds. Mark laid out a payment plan which I agreed to. One small payment was sent over and then all payments and communication seized. Mark Javier is the owner and is the one that I have communicated with.
