On February 23, 2021 I had ordered five planter pots for the total of $104.50 from PLANTR. As of today (5/4/2021) I have not received any of my planters. I was only giving this receipt via text message which I was unable to login in with my phone number and order number (I was not given one). I have contacted the PlantR through email with no response. I have spoken with someone named James Black at 1-800-293-0703 ext2 multiple times. He asked for my credit card info and my birth date (which began my suspicion). He has promised my order has been sent out and I would get a confirmation email or text multiple times, but unwilling to give tracking number over the phone. I have not received anything to date (5/4/2021).
