I was in search of a specific planter and clicked on the image when I found what I was searching for. I was tsken to this website and made the purchase, but got no confirmation email and did not receive my item. Tried reaching out to the company who I then realized had no phone, no email - only contact via their website's help link. Tried reaching out again, no response. The money was withdrawn from my account listed as TADAX Onomichishi JP (Japan?). I also sent an email out requesting a refund, but again never received a reply. Based on my personal experience and IMO, this is NOT a LEGIT company and should be investigated for defrauding consumers of their hard earned dollars.
