Ordered planter boxes online as it looked like an overstocked sale with a company that works for Costco and after I received my confirmation email I didn’t get any tracking info so I emailed their customer service and was told that it is up to the logistics company and to wait a few days. This went on for a week or two and then they told me it was delivered which it wasn’t. Then I was just told that they sent the wrong package and to send them the package back and they would send me my merchandise. They said they are expensive flower seeds that they sent me and they were losing money. I have the seeds and wanted to report this scam

Facebook ad for garden boxes, with a "buy 3, get 1 free" deal. Tracking info pretends something was delivered, but nothing arrived. No contact info for the seller besides the scam email.
