Scammer advertised planter boxes on Facebook. I purchased the product. They never sent it. Claimed it was delivered to my address. I checked with post office and it was not delivered.

On 5/4/23 I clicked on an ad from Facebook that appeared to be from Costco Wholesale. That brought me to a page that had Planterbeds at the top in the same font and color as Costco Wholesale. I assumed it was a department of Costco. I ordered three Planterbeds for $89.94. The charge showed up on my credit card as being from www.weeksallrighn.com in Shanghai, China. I called my cc company but they said nothing could be done until the charge went through and I had to try to contact the company. There is no number for the company. After I placed the order, I received an email from CustomerCareVIP.com with the email address of [email protected]. They said they would be handling all customer inquiries and provided a link to track my package via Xborder. I received additional emails alerting me that my purchase was being shipped by Speedy Delivery and a tracking link from Track718. On 5/22/23 I saw on Track718 that my package was delivered at my mailbox, which is not big enough for planter beds 6 feet by 2 feet in size. The package delivered was two pairs of Garden Gloves. I contacted Customer Care VIP and was told that the gloves were comparable in cost to the planter beds. (I found gloves like them on Amazon and they are $8). I told them I did not want the gloves, to provide a shipping label to return them, and to refund my money. They responded that customs was too expensive to return and that I could keep them and they would refund 10% of the $89.94 I had originally paid. I replied that that was unacceptable and they have not replied back. It’s a pretty elaborate scam. If they are shipping stolen goods and paying minimally in shipping and ad fees, I’m sure they are making millions stealing from people.
