Scam scam scam

I ordered the mushroom head foundation and accidentally ordered it twice charging me almost $70.00. I immediately sent an email and whom ever assured me they would take care of it. This was August 2021. I've sent email after email and get the same generic response I'm sure they send everyone. This is a terrible website full of shady scam artists.

I order product thru Facebook. Paid $19.99 plus tax. Not what product described . Chinese writing , does not cover and 2 uses it is empty. No order number on package. Took 2 months to get product. No info to refund or contact. Total scam. Plus had to deal with someone hacking checking account after ordering product. SCAm

I ordered the Air Cusion Mushroom head CC cream from planet shopper advertised on Pintrist. This product was totally misrepresented claiming to cover tattoos, dark spots, acne, etc. It took weeks to get here then the product turned out to be a generic version from China, written in Chinese with no instructions or contents at all in English. The coverage was a joke, almost non-existent. I was so disappointed to experience this scam while on Pintrist. Planet shopper needs shut down. They are stealing money from innocent, hardworking people.

I ordered some jumbo bubble balls. I accidentally ordered 3 extra. I have been working with someone there named Jane. I want to cancel this order. It’s 2 months late. Please contact me ASAP. I cannot believe this company dies not have a phone number or contact management. I’m so upset about this. I would NEVER order 4 sets of these. When I placed a order it didn’t confirm so I did it 3 times. Please help me. I don’t want these and want my money back. This is far the worst experience I have ever had ordering online. Can someone help me? Please!

I saw the ad within Facebook. I went to the website to verify the business. I ordered the product in November. Now 3 months later and multiple email requests for the product and now refund, they are not complying. This company is a complete scam, and needs to be shut down.

False advertised products.

I ordered Amazing Giant Bubbles.

At first I did not receive the full order and the rest were very poor quality and were popped using in a trampoline.

The website states “Unconditional 90 days money back guarantee” rrisk-free.

I email about the refund, but because I opened the package they could not accept the product back. They sent new product, that were the same poor quality bubbles. And now will not return the money. It has been over a month of emails. There is no phone number. No other way of contacting them. In emails I receive excuses.

I also found this website where people stated the same situation I am in (unfortunately for me I didn’t find this website before I made the purchase).
