said calling from Plain Dealer Newspaper and stated credit card on file ending in xxxx was expired and they needed to verify the new number. The xxxx number quoted did not match our current cc number. When I stated that I would call the Plain Dealer directly about discrepancy .They became very aggressive ,told me they had our information on screen now and just needed correction.
