I tried to upload money to my daughters inmate account through team3.inmatecanteen.com, by using "Plaid" bank information rather than my debit card, because it was less expensive. Plaid took $31.95, which includes their $6.95 fee. None of the money was put in my daughter's account. They sent me an email saying they worked on it. The amount was deducted from my checking account, but never showed up in the "team3.inmatecanteen" account for my daughter ********* ********* ** *** ************* ******* ** ****** The thing really bothers me, because they require my actual Banks name, my User name and my Bank accounts "Password". They literally scammed me!!!
