we asked for more pictures thinking maybe this is real.. turns out it is a scam! till this day i can no get a response or our money back ! we were told we were going to receive the puppy on sunday and they ended up trying to take more money out of my pocket for a so called "pet insurance" he had told us that he ended up putting the dog on another flight with a different airline company. did not want to provide us the information of the flight number or cargo number!
