Joined Facebook group and admin commented on the post I made about wanting to find a blue pit puppy. Found one that I liked and put a deposit down. Paid for puppy and agreed on a delivery date because he wanted to deliver the puppy to see what type of home the dog would be in. Delivery date is tomorrow and all of the sudden he’s asking for $100 for “papers” then $100 on day of delivery for “vet bills” now is refusing to deliver the puppy and won’t refund my money
