Purchased an item online from this company on Dec 15th. I have not received the item and can not get an answer on when I might could expect it. After weeks of nothing but a run around, I requested my money back (I paid through PayPal) and again was told that I would hear from their escalations team and again have heard nothing back. This seems to be a online ordering fraud. They do not give a phone number, just email.
