To Whom it May Concern:
I am responding to a collection letter I received from you with the above reference number.
I have no idea what this matter concerns nor do I owe $99.77 to anyone. Please provide a receipt for products or services if I owe this to the company you represent. Failing this, immediately cease and desist from further letters or collection efforts. If you tamper with my credit, I will bring court action against you.
I had an opportunity to review your law firm on the Better Business Bureau website. Other people have complained that you have sent similar letters based on nefarious charges such as this.
I will pursue legal action if I do not receive notice from you that you are withdrawing your demand for payment of something I did not purchase. I also will alert the State Bar of your unethical practices.
