I had an ad come across my Facebook feed for this company. They offered free shipping and easy returns. The items that they mailed me were very in accurate in their sizing. I emailed the company’s customer service for assistance, they asked me to take specific measurements of the items and to compare them to the size chart. They also asked me to send the pictures of the items so that they could confirm there was a faulty item. I provided the above information and at that point they stopped returning emails to me. It has been over seven days since I began the initial complaint for return of the item and have not heard from them since.
