Purchased 2 candles and requested refund when it was made clear to me that I would not receive them. When requesting the refund online I accidentally sent $31 to them. Instead of correcting the mistake by giving me back the $31 that they knew was not meant to be a payment, they pocketed the money. This is fraudulent and a scam!
