This company offers nice clothes online, when you order they send you a cheap copy of the product made in china with a cheap fabric and defective. When you ask for your money back they say that you need to send the product back to china and pay for shipping which is so expensive that is not worth it, so they say they pay you only 30% of what you paid which is not fair. You end up losing your money.

An ad from PinkSia came up on my facebook news feed. I liked one of the dresses on their site so I purchased it for my rehearsal dinner. It said that the shipping was 7-12 business days and that tracking information would be provided. After 12 business days, I had still not received any tracking information. I reached out via email and their phone goes straight to voicemail. I have not heard back from the company and it has been about a month since I ordered my product. I went to their facebook page and saw that there are a lot of people who have been scammed by this "company". The product never arrives after ordering.
