I purchased 2 15 drawer carts from this company but I received 2 cheap plastic things. I am not even sure what they are. When I contacted the company they said I could return them and they would issue a 20% refund. When I told them that I spent $50, and expect to get it back they told me that I had ordered a mystery box and that I could return it, at my own cost, and I would receive a refund.

I purchased an organization cart with bins from this website. They sent me a 4" x 4" plastic note holder with adhesive in a Mystery Box package and claim that is the item I purchased. I have the order confirmation showing the correct item. In order to obtain a refund, they are requesting return of the mystery box item at my expense. They also offered a 20% return of the original price as they state it will cost more than $20 to return the little plastic holder. My friend purchased the exact same item as I did and she too received the same little plastic note holder Mystery Box instead of the actual product that was confirmed. Repeated attempts for a credit have been denied. This is fraud and a scam.
