Pinkwithin r scam artists. Just like others say. Items r horrific quality and they don’t actually have a return policy. They want u to ship to China when the have a California address. They offer u a refund of $6 and now say I will get a PayPal refund to no avail. They have learned to steal peoples money! Worst customer service I’ve ever endured.

Its a scam! I You can't return the items if you don't like it. They dint offer phone number or address to call anyone. And the clothing looks nothing like the pictures or fits like the picture. I would highly suggest not to order from this place.

I received the three dresses I ordered but two of them were not the same fabric pattern as the picture and all three did not fit. All three were cheaply made and not good quality fabric. I have emailed back and forth with them 6 times. Each time they want something different such as pictures to prove they don’t fit, measurements of my body, and statements about exactly how they don’t fit. Now they are asking if I’ll accept a $7 refund when I spent $105 on 3 dresses. They will not provide a shipping address or authorization to return the dresses. They’re telling me that the shipping costs are high, they only accept returns to their China warehouse, and the dresses will likely be lost and I’ll never receive a refund. Do not purchase from this company.

I purchased three dresses online. Two weeks later I had not received the items or shipping tracking number. I emailed them (they have no phone number to contact). A month later I received two dresses, the third is “back ordered.” The two Items I have received are poor fabric quality and cut. I have emailed the service email account over 6 times for the refund process, return process, and asked to receive the phone number for customer service. Each email back is fro. Someone different asking me to send pictures of the dresses and to ask me to ‘prove’ their fit guide is wrong online. They will not provide a phone number.
