Failure to deliver purchased item: rotating kitchen storage. This item was purchased 4/26/21 with acknowledgment of payment by the seller. The seller promised shipment of the purchase within 3 to 5 days with a 30 day money back guarantee.
Efforts to contact the enterprise have failed. There is no way to access the company through the email address supplied on the purchase statement.
I have screenshots of the purchase I formation and bank records which record all the pertinent information regarding the sale. At this point I am still trying to get a refund through various channels.

I ordered two (2) Rotating multi-layer kitchen shelves on April 28, 2021. I have emails reporting the items have shipped but have not received it as of today 7/5/21. Payment has already been made in the amount of $49.98. Today I received two usb cables that match the tracking number. I did not order USB cables and I email them asking for a refund which I am sure I will not get. This has definitely been a scam. Please stay away from Pink Moon Art, definitely a SCAM, SCAM AND SCAM. I WILL DISPUTE IT WITH MY BANK.

I did not order USB cables and am asking for a refund which I am sure I will not get. This has definitely been a scam. It has been almost two months.

Did you dispute the charge on your credit card? I think that is the only way you will get your money back. Also, I have been corresponding with [email protected]. I kept every email and will provide the tracking number to my credit card company.

I placed an order on the 30th of April. That same day the money was taken out of my account. I want to know where my item is. I have spent $32.89 for my purchase. I would really like to have my items or my money. If I don't receive it soon, I will have to turn this over to my lawyer.

I own a business called Pink Moon Goods and in the last week I have received 6 emails from people that are claiming they made a purchase on my website. When I asked further questions I learned that they actually made the purchase from Pink Moon Art. I would say it is very clear that these people are never going to see their products from this website.
