Purchased a groupon for cell phone glass repair by Pink Mobile. The business has irreparably damaged the cell phone, demanded we pay additional money before the phone was turned to us. Admitted to causing additional damage to the phone and refused to fix what they damaged. Apple technicians have deemed the phone damaged beyond repair Groupon is continuing to sell this despite numerous complaints to them from consumers demanding a refund and alerting them to this scam and refusing to post any bad reviews on the groupon sale page for Pink Mobile.

I purchases a groupon for Pink Mobile, located in Chicago, on 3458 W. Lawrence. The groupon was for iPhone 5s Glass Replacement. I called ahead of time to make an appointment, because i was traveling from a far distance. Tony, whose cell phone number was provided in groupon, assured me that it could be done same day. Once we arrived, we were instructed that we would have to leave our phone overnight for repair. One night turned into almost 2 weeks. While our phone was there, it seemed like more damage occurred, because when we called, he needed to order more parts. Tony was very hard to get a hold of, he did not return calls in a timely matter and finally after 2 weeks, i was informed that my iPhone was no longer functional. I was not provided any receipts or trail of what they were fixing or repairing. Upon picking up my phone, I refused to pay for the extra for pieces they broke on my phone, as the extra parts were not made known upon inspection of the phone. I reported the incident to Groupon and they were unapologetic to the circumstance and I could see the same reviews piling up on yelp. Over a month later, groupon is still selling this voucher!!!! Participating in this fraud. The phone no longer works.
