In order not to be billed anything else you have to call within 14 days to cancel. Did that. However now I see a charge of $299.71 from that company. I called and said I want to ask why this is there if I cancelled before 14 days and they can see I had an account with them, but claim they didnt charge me or they cant see this on my file. So they have my name and phone number as proof I had transactions with them but that is it. Customer service was getting hostile with me when I asked if this was the first time a customer called with this same dispute. She claimed I was the first. I have read reviews about this, I assure you I am not the only one. So I have to call my bank, cancel my credit card and see what they can do for me on Monday. Not happy that I actually read the terms and still got charged.
