This man promised that he was able to film and edit a Music video of mine. Come time for him to film the video he did not come to say with the right equipment, he didn’t do a good job filming. And come time to edit he did an awful job editing the video we asked Tim to edit. When we asked him to take some of the notes we had for the video, he refused to do so. He has ignored me and everybody that has tried to reach out to him. He’s answering his phone, or his emails. And I have asked him for a refund on numerous occasions because he did not give us the product that we were hoping for, and that he promised us. But he refuses to give us a refund, he said that he was a professional videographer but he lied. And won’t give us our money back.
