My friend booked a reservation at pine knoll hotel. She canceled and then tried to reschedule. I talked to the lady multiple times on the phone. I asked her if she could send me the cancellation and non-refundable policy. She could not supply me the cancellation policy. Being a business, especially a hotel, they should have a cancellation policy that they can send you in writing. She got very short with me on the phone. She would not explain what the cancellation policy was or send it to me. She could not tell me the refund policy or send me a copy. She said that the cancellation policy was connected to the email, which it was not. I'm not looking to get anything, I just don't understand, being a business, they should have a cancellation policy in writing. Otherwise if they do not, we should still be able to book a room for the amount we paid for a room. She was just being very shady. I guess I just don't understand. They have no website, just the Facebook page. On their Facebook page I could not find anything about a cancellation or non-refund policy.
