Vendor advertises himself as a VW engine repair business. I contracted him to tear apart my VW motor for $200 then he returned the wrong heads (defective and unusable), cam shaft, piston and did not return hardware, push rod tubes, and gland nut. He refuses to return my calls, no one is at the address on the invoice and the web site on his business card does not exist.
