I placed an order for blouses online. The amount was deducted from my checking account by the company. The order was never delivered/received. I emailed the company several times to confirm a delivery date, received apologies, excuses and sketchy looking records of tracking info (no addresses given). The most recent email from the company stated that the product was delivered and signed for at the "correct address". They stated that if I am saying I didn't receive the product, I am stating it as "lost" and since it was "delivered and signed for" this is a significant loss for the company and they are willing to reimburse me only 60% even though they should not have to do this because the order was "successfully delivered and signed for."
