Saw social media add that these folks had toilet paper in stock and would ship from US within seven days. Placed order on 3/25. Received email that order had shipped 3/31. The tracking info indicated the order had not shipped, and that it would ship from China, and the website was taken down the same day. Repeated queries to the company were responded to with "please have patience" and "the order has shipped." When I threatened legal action they created a USPS shipping label, but USPS site indicates to date (4/29) they have not received the package and the China tracking site indicates the order has still not shipped. Now emails from Pilent indicate a variety of excuses indicating the order was lost, delayed, lost by the shipper, etc. This is a scam by Chinese folks taking advantage of a pandemic to fleece Americans who were just trying to find toilet paper.
