Company promised a customized card with "original " art work after I placed my order on November 19. 2022. They did send me a preview to of the image to get approved

but thry never sent me shipping information or tracking updates. Almost 3 months later, I am still awaiting the package or any update at all. I will be disputing the charge with my bank at this point.
