I was approached in a store (on Presidential Pkwy) by a woman stating that I dropped something when exiting my car and her associate is holding it for me. When exiting the store I noticed that it was the same woman that approached me, holding a grey billfold. She repeatedly insisted that I enter my vehicle with her to count the money and so she can call her boss to let him know about the delay. I went back into the store and asked the clerks if anyone had tried to turn in the billfold (the woman that "found" it stated that they refused to take it), which they said no one tried. I called the police, but when they arrived the woman was gone.
