While on facebook, I watched a video ad and was prompted to receive a free trial of the product for only the shipping and handling cost, which I paid. Two weeks later they billed me for $98.09 for a month's supply of this product, which I did not request. I am not the only one scammed by this company as indicated on Ripoff.com. Upon contacting the company, I was told they would give me a 75% refund with 2 months supply of their product. I promptly refused and told them I would never trust a company with deceptive marketing practices such as theirs. I hope my bank can help me resolve this issue and stop them from taking money out of my account as they deem appropriate. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this scam robbing my account. Please warn others so no one else falls for this. The company is called Piero skin care.
