I ordered 2 zero gravity chairs. The delivery date was June 14 - June 20. I contacted them on June 20th to check the status because they had not shipped yet. I received an email back that they had not shipped because UPS was intermittent due to the possibility of a strike in California and that if UPS had not picked up they would be transferred to FedEx and I would get a tracking number. This did not happen. I sent a couple more emails begging for status and then finally asking for a refund. I have received no further communication. I was also promised a 20% credit which I did not get.
