Hello, My daughter parked her car in the Pier V parking garage and was instructed to prepay the parking fee using the kiosk machine at the location. Upon leaving the garage she and many others trying to exit the garage had to pay again at the gate to facilitate exiting. When contacting the personal at the garage the following day the story was that the machine malfunctioned, and a refund would be sent to her by mail. Her name and address were given but after two weeks now the check has not arrived. I feel sure this was a scam as the personal over emphasized to prepay the parking fee. Please help expose this business to the public so others don't fall prey to this unethical way of doing business. I have emails from management stating, "the check is in the mail". Thank you for your help in getting this issue resolved.
