If you sign up for their services they will charge your bank account and then robo call to give you the option to cancel the service and get your money back. Then they over credit your checking account by thousands and demand that you repay them the overage with gift cards. Once they have the gift card numbers they then go in and clean out your bank account. They target elderly people who are just tech savvy enough to use a computer but aren’t quick to detect a scam.

Victims Apple Pro encountered encountered issues and pop-up saying to call number on screen: 877-263-1012.  Victim called and was told they had to pay ~200 for a firewall which would help the issue.  Scammer Daniel Matthew  Nick Haines were contacts.  They asked victim to purchase 4 ITune Gift Cards and to give them the #'s on cards. Victim did not pay scammers.  Instead she called Apple Support directly and they resolved her issues for free.  She did not need a firewall she already had one.
