I went online looking for a rental car.  Found www.pickmycars.com and call them.  They said they had an available car and would pick me up.  I wanted to pay with a credit card, but they said they would only accept a Vanilla card.  I went to Dollar General and got a Vanilla card for $435.  Now I realize it is a scam, they are located in Philippines.
