I ordered filters for my Kinetico system for about $60 back on February 5th, never received them. Sent email and they promised delivery & gave website to track but no tracking #. Requested this info several times, now NO RESPONSE after emailing multiple times.

Product was listed on Google Shopping. Shopping site has current copyright date, but no contact phone number. Address is a UPS retail store. Three weeks after order, instead of what I ordered, received via USPS a small box with (3) pieces of junk jewelry (two of them are knockoffs of Pandora charms). The small box came in a small padded poly envelope from 915 W Foothill Blvd, Claremont CA 91711, which is a "The Postal Connection" retail location. Their website, the-postal-connection.business.site, has a blog (Posted on Jul 13, 2022) from a person matching the name of the sender citing that "Someone has been using my business address to send out fraudulent orders".

I placed an order on 1/29/23 for a travel mug at pickennti.shop who claims to sell home goods. I never received any information about shipping or order confirmation. They only confirmation I received was that my payment went through with the amount charged using PayPal. I attempted to contact the seller on 2/8/23 and 2/12/23 via the email provided on their site under the "contact me" section which was [email protected]. I never received a response. I also filled out the form on their "contact us" page and all I received in response was an error message in my email. I went back to the website to attempt to contact them again and now their email is [email protected]. Again, no response.

I purchased a Stanley 40 oz water bottle on sale for 20$. I did not receive a confirmation email so I reached out. I notified my bank that I realized that I felt the charge was not secure and wanted to dispute the charge. My. Bank fraud protection reached out the next day to tell me that there was a 550$ charge to a Best Buy on my account from in Arizona.

Ordered a tent through Pickenet Boutique. Used a credit card to pay. Received a confirmation email stating product would arrive in 7-15 days. Two days later I received notice from my credit card company that two suspicious purchases had been submitted using my card from Merchant

SP VENUS ET FLEUR totaling about $1300.

Was looking for a microchip enabled pet feeder. Found one on the Pickentt site for a reasonable price. Ordered it, using PayPal as my payment. It looked dodgy because PayPal said I had sent my money to a P>>> S>>>, not Pickentt. When I did not receive confirmation of the order, I tried contacting this P>>> S>>> via the email listed with PayPal. I heard nothing back, so reported the issue to PayPal and received a refund. I do believe it's a scam site.

I ordered something from them. I got a confirmation email with the order number but that's it. They kept telling me to go to some stupid website that never updated because you need the tracking number which they refuse to give me. I have called, texted and emailed to no avail. They are ignoring me.

I would like my money back if possible.

Placed order for microchip cat feeder on 1/24/23. I searched to see if it was legit and found a site that said it was, I was checking out it ask to get verification code on my phone, it would not work, in my frustration I put any old number in (Dear Lord for fun) and it went through. I received a very strange email confirming my order, subject was

"payment succeeded" nothing about the store I ordered from or any way to view my order. I replied a few times to ask how I could view my order and a few days later I got a response that I will be emailed when it ships in 3-5 days. That never happened. I did cancel that card and ask my company for a new one and new number. I have now waited the 15 days they told me to wait to get an item and since it never came I filed a dispute with my credit card company. That was last week, the dispute is still pending, I assume my company will credit me but never get a refund from this company. Of note the emails I got from them all came from the UK. The address looks like a fed ex or ups store on google and there is no phone number listed.

I bought a product on their website and I received an email soon after saying they received my order and that the order would arrive in 7-15 days and to not hesitate to contact them with any questions. The subject line of the email was "Payment Succeeded." After nine days, I had not received any updates or a tracking link, so I emailed them for one, and they responded saying "your goods have been sent out, please check, thank you." I responded saying I needed a tracking number, and they sent me an empty link. I replied saying the link was empty and that I needed a specific number - no reply. I emailed a couple days later saying I had not received my order and it was past the two week mark and if they had an update - no reply. I emailed a couple days later AGAIN saying it had been three weeks with no update so I need a refund - no reply. Lastly, a few days went by, and I emailed saying I needed an update or that I would call my bank for fraud - I still do not have a reply. It is clear that they just scammed me for money.
