I ordered a cat hoodie on the 1st of march 2021 and it's been about a month and still no hoodie.i got no email no tracking number and I feel like I got scammed

ordered item on 2/23 and as of 3/16 the tracking number says EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER. Contacted company and they did respond and said due to covid shipments are delayed. I have never seen an item sit idle that long. I think this company is a scam and I will never order from them again. People beware.

Ordered a sweat in large, told me 20 days. A month and half later and after contacting PayPal, I received order in size 5XL. After several emails and PayPal they agreed to refund my money after I return it. Problem is after going to 2 mailing centers the shipping charge is $78.00! Going to China, this place is a big scam.

Placed an order, supposedly shipped on December 15th. Tracking number they sent was invalid. Order never arrived. No one answers the phone...always a voicemail. Sent an email, but no response. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. So much for that!

They do not stand behind their
Flawed products. They will not refund your money ..offer you a replacement after lots of emails .
And the you have to wait over a month cause it's their busy sea..
So im out a present to give for Xmas.
But they are taking in the money ..poor costumer service..

I was on social media FB and saw these mask, so I placed an order for mask(4) from the website mentioned. It has been 15+ days and I have not received my order and when I call the phone number no one will answer.

It takes about 6 weeks to receive but the nicest masks I own! Send email they respond within a day!
