John Grogan (thePIgroup) advertises study material for the California Funeral Director, Cemetery Manager and Crematory Manager Certification Exam. His website is confusing, repetitive and offers no method of traceable on-line payment; the only way to pay for the material is with a money order or personal check, made out to John Grogan, not his business entity. John Grogan then cashes your check, and never sends the material. He even sent a texted pic of the material he claims he will send, but can't / won't provide proof of being sent (i.e. tracking number). He is very non-communicative in verbal communication and seems like he's in a big hurry to get you of the phone. he also claims to be a Polygraph exam trainer, and offers "study material" in that realm as well. Please be cautious when dealing with John Grogan, and DO NOT send him money.
