Physicians Network Reports & Reviews (1)

I got a phone call today from someone claiming to be Physicians Network, a company affiliated with several health insurance plans offering free benefits I'm eligible to receive. He asked for which insurance plan I had, my date of birth, my doctor's name, the member number on my insurance card, the prescription numbers on my insurance card, and my height and weight or dress size. Apparently they will custom make a back brace to relieve my back pain, and mail it directly to my home. After I hung up and thought about the call I began to worry about the legitimacy of this business, so I called the phone number showing up on the ID and it just rings a constant busy signal. I'm hoping I am over reacting but something tells me I have given out just enough of my personal information the result could be some type of identity theft.
