This company hires more employees than they have hours for. When you complain that you need hours to be filled, they avoid the issue by deflecting and accusing employees of inadequate work. When the employee is fed up not being scheduled and quits, they threaten to take the employee to court. The owners of this franchise own an operate a legal firm as well and constantly remind their employees that they are lawyers and will not hesitate to sue. They try to reclaim money from their employees training as well as hours the employee worked and was already paid for. Because of their scare tactics, they collect money from disgruntled employees who are too broke to go to court because of this job, and too exhausted to fight it once they pull their lawyer card and threaten to sue. This company needs to be investigated and potential employees need to be warned about this scam. No one should be sued for quitting a job that has misleading offers and treats employees horribly, not scheduling their employees but making them be available, even though they are losing money. They write up extensive contracts that say you cannot speak to former employees or even claim you were a “flexologist” after quitting. I believe because of their involvement in law practice and threatening nature, they have been able to keep this scam up for over a year.

Male, Indian accent, asked specifically for me by first and last name. Said he was calling to schedule a "Cardiac wellness test". I asked for his name and phone # and he immediately disconnected. Caller ID came in as Physical Therapy and I answered without thinking because my husband is currently in physical therapy. I normally let any number I don't know go to voice mail. There have been several other phone calls accidentally picked up by my husband specifically asking for me the same way with same Indian accent.
