I was shopping on the Phylia.com website and made a purchase of two hair products. The site charged me and sent me a confirmation email (automatic generator-looks like it's from Shopify). It has been more than 2 weeks and I have not received a shipping confirmation email or a package in the mail. I tried contacting customer service (sent via their website through a message box, tried sending a direct message to their instagram page) and no response. The number that was listed on my credit card bill from them is an old one and is disconnected. This site is fake and they are just receiving orders and not fulfilling them. They may have gone out of business but they need to take down their site or take down their credit card page. I reported this to my credit card company and also canceled my credit card. Their instagram page, there are others complaining of the same problem I had. Please share this to protect others.
