We ordered 2 raised planter beds as advertised on FB link associated with Phreod.com website. The products were never received and when the customer service email was notified they replied that the items were delivered. The company provided a bogus tracking service website as proof of delivery. However, the method of delivery was not specified and the information provided was given in Chinese. The link to the "tracking service" is https://t.17track.net/en . The customer service email reply refused to provide any further information. Ultimately, $49.96 was charged to my credit card and I received NO products from this company.
