The ad on Facebook took me to a clothing site. I purchased a few items. It looks suspicious cause the items were extremely cheap. I ordered it back in April and haven't seen anything, so I checked the tracking. The order said delivered. I checked with customer service via email. They said it was delivered and signed for to my billing address. That is false information. That’s my parents address and someone is always home. Plus that isn’t the shipping address I provided.

I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I’m not out a lot of money and will get it back. I just want to stop them from scamming others. Being scammed really sucks. Thanks for the work you do. Hopefully they won’t be able to scam anyone else

I saw an add on Facebook for a clearance sale at a Dillard’s outlet. Usually I do not shop on websites that are unknown but because it was through Dillard’s I thought it could be trusted. I purchased the items on 4/15/23. Delivery was promised by 4/22/23. On 4/22/23 I received an email that my package was delayed and it offered tracking. When I used the tracking that it offered I saw that my package was in China. Two weeks later I had no package so I checked the tracking again and started reading reviews underneath. There were a lot of reviews and in not one did the person ever receive their package. So I went back on Facebook to see if their add was still up, and it was. Only now they were using the name of Kohl’s. I knew then I had been scammed.
