Chinese Company Scammers

I submitted a photo of my grandson to be printed on pajama bottoms. He w[censored]ding my dog who passed away in March. They told me the photo would fit. They cropped the picture into two separate pics of each and printed them separately. Than they cropped the separate pictured in half resulting in 1/2 of their faces being printed next to hearts along the seams of the pants. When I asked for a redo they simply responded they cropped the picture
Than after another email response to their response they blocked me. They sent a response all in Chinese before they blocked me . They are obviously inept in customer service and executing their custom orders. Their reviews are terrible and dont belong scamming people out of money. Please dont let this company bilk you like they did me. They ruined my grandsons christmas/birthday gift .

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I placed two orders, both of which came after Christmas with the wrong, unwearable merchandise. Paypal will not intervene because it's their policy not to with custom orders. I have no recourse and photopajamas knows this. I want to prevent other people from losing money and the hassle involved with getting it back.
