Thank you for posting. I hired them during pandemic to lock in the great deal. My event is end of October this year. I only gave a $77 deposit. But emails and phone calls fall on def ears now that we are so close to event. I haven't had a good feeling about them for awhile. I have hired a new company with direct information and phone numbers. I am gonna cancel these people. I can't chance them not showing up, and lose more money

On May 19, 2021, I had booked an appointment for a photo booth with a good discount, for an event on May 30. Spoke with Joseph who seemed very professional. On their site (photoboothdeals.us), there were good reviews so I was convinced it was a good business. Because it was of short notice, Joseph said that he had to speak with his manager. Joseph got back to me and said that they were available for the date of our event. My credit card number was given over the phone. An invoice was also sent via email. $140 was first charged, then the remaining was charged 2 days after. During the booking, Joseph kept trying to convince me to purchase the premium package after repeatedly saying I only wanted the basic package. I was told that Liza would be contacting me via text the week of the event to confirm, which she had. However, on the day of our event, they were a NO SHOW, and no one was answering. I had my husband call with his phone number (bc they did not have his number on file), and they ended up calling him back the day after (thinking it was a new client). My husband confronted him on why they did not show up, and per Joseph, he was not aware of it and apologized. He ended up calling me back to apologize about the issue and said that he would give a full refund in 3-5 business days. Now I am waiting if I will actually get the refund back. Had I read Yelp reviews initially, I wouldn’t have chose this business because most reviews were very similar to my situation, and some also taking legal action.

I has the same experience with this company and I am so sorry. I am so angry about it. Beware to new costumers and do not hire "photo booth deals." I also spoke with Joseph and he is taking advantage of everyone.
