This #262-636-3456 keeps calling From a Windows (tech) support group in Racine Wiscon. They keep telling me This is not a sales call, that they are not trying to"rip" me off...and that my"firewall" protection has expired. They insist my computer has been hacked and they can help me fix it. In the end they wanted $199.00 to re-instwall my fire wall. When I told the guy I had no money he stated that "YOU HAVE TO DO THIS" or your computer will crash and you will never be able to use it again!" I hung up on the guy several times and he kept calling back, getting more and more rude. Finally my husband answered the phone and told him off! He has not called back since. We have AVG security and my computer is fine.
