First they text my sister's phone. Then I called. They said they were trying to contact me to prepare for court. Which was a collection case for Capitol One Credit Card. I called capitol One they said they had nothing against me. Then today they text my sister again. i called them. They said it was case with a Wells Fargo/ Capitol One credit card. I called Wells Fargo. They also said there is no record of any credit card with my name or Social security number.
