Came to this cell phone shop to get my phone fixed because it had water damage. The owner, Jasy Ridregus, told me to come back 3 hours later, so I did. When I arrived at the shop He had closed for the day. I came back the next day and was told by someone else that the phone was not fixed. I asked for the phone because I needed it for work and was told I would have to pay $100. I asked how was that possible and was told that, that was there policy. I left the phone because I wanted to get it fixed. I returned the next day. This is now day 3. When I returned the shop was closed again but I noticed the owners car was there. I called him and no answer. I returned the next day (day 4) same thing. I went today and his store was again closed. This time when I called he answered. He said he was on the highway and he could not talk. Instead he wanted me to text him. Which did not make any sense but i did it anyway. We were parked in the parking lot with another customer that was having the same problem. At this point we were waiting for over 3 hours. So we decided to park down the street and wait. As soon as we moved the car we noticed he shut the lights and turned the open sign off. He then walked out of the store. He was in the store the whole time. The other customer and I walked towards him and he then ran back in the store and proceed to lock the door. The other customer was able to stop him from closing the door. When we walked in the store I automatically asked for my phone. He then said, that will be $200. I asked how? When you told me 5 days ago it would be $100 and it would be ready in 3 hours. The other customer had already paid. The owner told him that he did not have the phone. Feeling overwhelmed and not knowing what to do I called my son. He arrived shortly. When my son walked he asked Jesse what the problem was. He said that there was not a problem but he wanted us out the store. Jesse immediately called the cops. While on the phone he said we had a gun and were threatening him. Which was completely false. The police officer diffused the situation and told the owner that he could get arrested for calling 911 and falsely claiming someone had a gun and was trying to hurt him. Long story short, the officers were not able to do anything about it. He told the officers that if i wanted my phone I would have to pay him $350. After all of this my daughter in law looked up this cell phone shop on yelp and google and noticed that I was not the only one with this exact problem. I want people to be aware of this scammer.
