I placed an order from Phone Fancy online store on January 17. Website stated order are processed 7-9 days after orders are placed. It's been about 13 days and I haven't received a shipping confirmation. Try to contact customer service multiple times to see if in deed they did send I shipping confirmation but I might of missed it but I haven't gotten a response are anything in the mail. I also called the number of their store and I gentleman answered and said they do not handle the online it's done through a third party so he can't help me. I've try again to call to speak to the owner are a manager and I've just been given the run around.
