My Mother who is 75 years old went there to get a new battery for her Ipad. She was told to come back within 2 hours, then was ask to come back the next day and waited for 2 hours, and then to come back in 1 week. Nevertheless, they kept it for almost a week & gave the Ipad back unfixed and with another persons name in on icloud name Ben Houng. All of her pictures and email was completely deleted. When we went home we did a factory reset but it will not delete a Remote Management which I have never seen prior. I had called the Apple Store Support & they did not know what is either and was not placed by them. We found out that this ipad belong to Equity Residential (luxury homes) and they are the only one who can access the ipad which led me to believe that they had switch Ipads. We can't fix it nor Apple. They had scammed an elderly person who didn't know English, now we are out of $500 (the cost of the ipad) The owner was rude and give us no explanation.
